Goodbye

Some people always ask me why is my blog named shattered dreams....also some had asked me to change the title several times. I also think it's time for me to say goodbye to my shattered dreams! So here I am today, on a very special day of mine saying Goodbye to my very first bloggy! I would like to thank all who've been reading my blog!

Tuna Salad

This is one of my very favourite salad and which I make very often. So guys, try and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 can tuna
10 chinese cabbage leaves chopped
1 onion finely chopped
3 table spoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tomatoes chopped
1 hot chilli finely chopped (optional)
1 cucumber chopped
1 spoon black pepper powder
salt to taste

Preparation
* In a bowl, mix chinese cabbage, onion, chilli, tomato, cucumber & tuna
* Add the dressing with salt and pepper powder and mix
